Taking Assistance up a Notch: Introducing the Clik.ai Knowledge Base

Providing exceptional support has been a huge part of our culture from day one, which is why our entire team responds dedicatedly to every support email and call. In light of working towards further assistance, today we are expanding our support network by launching our new Support Help Desk.

We love working with customers individually, but in the interest of creating an easily searchable knowledge base we packaged up the majority of our commonly asked questions to provide you with in-depth answers and tutorials.


Our knowledge base containing excerpts of all the FAQs and assistance to use Clik’s every feature is available only for the logged-in users. It offers troubleshooting, account handling information and key features of Clik.ai.

  • How to download the excel loan model?
  • I have forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
  • How to generate the deal report?
